All fees in € (Euro) :

• a delegate from a BIR Gold Member Firm*:

€ 750 if the registration form is received before 23 March 2007

€ 850 if the registration form is received after 23 March 2007

(* Special discount: for those Gold member firms who wish to register more than two delegates, a special discount of 20% will be applied to additional delegates registration fees, provided that all these registration forms are returned to MARINE TOURS together with corresponding payment.)

• a delegate from a BIR ordinary Member Firm,

€ 850 if the registration form is received before 23 March 2007

€ 950 if the registration form is received after 23 March 2007

• an observer: € 1100 at all times

• a Young Trader (members only - under 35 years) € 500 at all times

• (*)Special “Textiles”, “Tyres”, “Plastics” delegate € 500 at all times

(* access to other divisional meetings not allowed)

The Convention offers a variety of meetings, programmes and services that are likely to suit each participant. BIR does not offer a daily rate and each delegate, regardless of the time spent at the convention, must pay the full registration fees mentioned as below. When registered on the registration form, the spouse (not involved in business) receives a complimentary badge and free access to the Exhibition and Hospitality areas, the Welcome Reception and the General Assembly. He/she can also participate in any other optional event or sightseeing tour and buy the corresponding ticket(s).

Some social events and sightseeing tours are optional and are to be paid in addition to the registration fees.

• Please note that :

• On each of the three convention days, there is a divisional luncheon. One divisional luncheon is included in the delegate’s registration fee. One additional ticket can be purchased by the registered delegate for each of the other divisional luncheons for € 60. You must indicate on your registration form which divisional luncheon(s) you have selected. Special meals (vegetarian, diet….) can be ordered on the registration form.

• Three registration forms and one pre-printed envelope are enclosed with this programme. One registration form per delegate must be filled in and returned to:

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registrationfees and hotel room reservations must be paid by one of the following methods:

A copy of the proof of transfer must be attached to your registration form.

Please note:

• All payments should be in Euro and without any charge for the beneficiary.

• Bank transfers must specify full details of sender and payer.

• Payments by credit card are subjected to a 5% surcharge.

In order to facilitate your registration we strongly encourage you to register and pay on-line. Preference will be given to credit card payment.

CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE

BIR conventions are strictly reserved to delegates representing BIR commercial firms or national federations, which have paid their annual membership dues to BIR. Membership of a national federation affiliated to BIR does not entitle a company to send delegates to the Convention.

“Observer” status can be granted to non-members but for ONE BIR convention only. Any interested guest must first submit his/her request to the BIR secretariat for prior approval. After the convention, the observer must make sure that his/her company joins the organisation if he/she wants to attend any future BIR conventions.
