BIR 2008 Exhibition

The 2007 Exhibition will take place in the Fairmont Monte Carlo. Please find below all information regarding the participation and registration conditions. It is not possible to register online for the exhibition. Please contact Ms Yolande Joret at the Brussels Secretariat (bir@bir.org) for bookings and stand availability requests.

BIR member companies that are specialised in manufacturing and selling recycling machines and equipment are invited to book an exhibition stand to showcase their products and latest technology. The exhibition areas will be located next to the main meeting room. Access to the exhibition will be on presentation of the badge, from Monday (2^nd June) morning until Wednesday (4^th June) afternoon.

The exhibition programme and stand/booth reservation forms will be sent out at the beginning of February 2008. However, we strongly advise that interested companies make a pre-reservation with the BIR Brussels Secretariat as soon as possible as we expect a very high demand.

BIR will also offer large hospitality booths where companies can welcome their clients in a more intimate atmosphere. These booths will be located right opposite the main entrance of the plenary meeting room and the exhibition area. Please note that, when allocating the booths, priority will be given to the main sponsoring companies (Diamond Sponsors).

In order to reserve a stand or a booth, any exhibiting company must register at least one fully registered delegate to the convention and pay the corresponding registration fee using the convention registration form (enclosed in this programme). A maximum of two additional representatives will be entitled to register as “stand only assistants” at a reduced fee on the separate stand/booth reservation form which will be sent with the exhibition programme.
