BIR Welcome Reception

All BIR delegates, guests and spouses are invited by the Government of the Principality of Monaco to the BIR Welcome Reception on Monday 2nd June, in the Boulingrins Gardens facing the Casino of Monte Carlo.
Charles Garnier, who built the Opera house in Paris, was one of the architects of the Casino. Its sumptuous style reflects the sophistication of Parisian architecture of the late 19th century. Opposite the casino are magnificent flowerbeds and carefully tended lawns interspersed with picturesque ponds. The gardens slope gently upwards in the direction of the shopping street of the town, forming a perspective admired by visitors from all over the world.
For our reception, the Government of the Principality of Monaco has accepted to exceptionally seclude the area for the sole use of BIR delegates.
