Attendees of the BIR World Recycling Convention & Exhibition 2023 are encouraged to make their hotel reservation through the official hotel booking agency, RAI Hotel Services. The official convention headquarter hotel, the Okura Amsterdam, is fully booked. You have the possibility to choose from a selection of other hotels. RAI Hotel Services offers a range of accommodation options, from 4-star suites to quiet boutique hotels, to ensure a stress-free and well-rested experience at the convention. The authorised agent is RAI Booking. Unauthorised vendors/booking agents might contact you by phone or email using a fake BIR logo or fake BIR credentials. DO NOT enter into a commercial relationship with such companies under any circumstance.
The BIR team is working closely with the venue to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. The official health and safety measures will be applied. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you in real time.
