Natallia Zholud - TRM Metals Poland (POL)

Budapest 2019 was a Convention of many firsts for me: my first after joining the Non-Ferrous board, my first time on stage, which made me very nervous, and my first Young Traders evening. I now remember it as one of the most rewarding challenges of my career. The support I received — thank you, Murat Bayram and Josh Brough — was incredible. Many of the contacts I made at that Convention have since become good friends, and the whole experience made me truly feel part of the industry.
