My favourite BIR Convention memory is Barcelona in May 2022. The textiles session, “2025 and beyond – on a path to a circular textile industry?”, showed how central BIR is for the future of textile reuse and recycling. What truly made that Convention unforgettable, though, was the social side: a great welcome evening and an even better party – relaxed atmosphere, lively conversations, dancing and unexpected encounters that turned professional contacts into real connections.
