Expert insights help us to interpret and respond to turbulent markets
The market is showing strong momentum at present and I am sure this is coming as a relief for many businesses in our sector. Taking stock and gaining real, expert insights make up a vital part of reading and interpreting our markets. By doing so, we are able to work through our own positions and to develop strategies accordingly.
The upcoming BIR Convention in Thailand’s capital city Bangkok aims to deliver on this. The plenary session of our Non-Ferrous Metals Division will take place on the first morning of the event on October 27, immediately following the Opening Address and Keynote Speaker. The objective will be to examine current fundamentals and see how to adapt to any sudden change. To achieve this, we have invited speakers representing leading consumers, recyclers and economists, with major metals supplier and recycler Aurubis already confirming that it will make a presentation.
The BIR Convention in Bangkok provides us with an opportunity to learn, reconnect, network, take stock and enjoy an incredible part of the world. I look forward to seeing you there.
