Global textile trade faces uncertain future as UNEP guidelines threaten

The Circularity and Used Textiles Trade project by the United Nations Environmental Programme UNEP could reshape national trade policies that affect the livelihoods of millions of people around the world in the business of selling second-hand clothes.
